Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Free from damage or modifications

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15-25% may apply to returned items, depending on the manufacturer and product type. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Due to the weight and size of safes, return shipping can be significant. We recommend using freight carriers and purchasing insurance for valuable items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective safe:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • Keep all original packaging

We will work with you to arrange repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
