Processing & Lead Times
Standard Processing: Most orders are carefully processed and ship within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.
Order Tracking: You'll receive detailed tracking information via email as soon as your safe ships, allowing you to monitor its journey every step of the way.
Brand-Specific Lead Times: Certain premium models or custom configurations may require additional lead time. Any extended processing periods will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and confirmed via email.

Delivery Appointments
Our freight partners will contact you directly to schedule your delivery appointment within their standard business hours (Monday through Friday). This ensures you're available to receive your valuable investment and can plan accordingly.
We recommend scheduling delivery when you can be present to inspect the shipment and ensure everything meets your expectations.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Critical: Please thoroughly inspect all packaging for visible damage before signing for delivery.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or safe:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take clear photos of any damage

- Include your order number and photos in your message

Shipping Costs
Complimentary Shipping: Many of our safes include free curbside freight delivery within the continental United States – a significant value that reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.
Optional Services: Premium services such as White Glove delivery, professional installation, and stair carries may incur additional fees. These services are clearly priced during checkout.
Special Locations: Orders shipping outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, may require a custom shipping quote. Our team will contact you with competitive pricing options.
Backorders & Delays
In the rare event of unexpected delays or backorders, we'll notify you promptly with updated timing information. You'll always have options:
